… a huge thank you to Andrew Bowler of Motive Design in London who has given freely of his time and considerable talent to come up with the fantastic logo you can see on this website. He is a wonderful illustrator and has done us proud.

Also a huge thank you to Edinburgh-based web designer, Pete Berry and Quix Ltd, who have done such a fine job in gathering our incoherent ramblings and turning them into the website you see before you. Great job, Pete! Actually, there is a nice connection between Hazel and Pete: Pete’s wife, Katrina, works for Nevis Design in Edinburgh where Hazel did a week’s work experience in June 2004 and Hazel and Katrina got on famously together.

Well, that’s all the news for now, but please put Hazel’s Footprints website into your “Favourites” and visit regularly to keep up-to-date with the news: who’s doing what, where and when - and, in due course, for news on people the Trust is able to help with their plans for working abroad.

“You can never conquer a mountain; you can stand on the summit for a few moments, then the wind blows your footprints away” (Arlene Blum, Annapurna, 1980).
